the role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with our brand partners, from onboarding and activation to ongoing growth.

You’ll serve as the link between clients and our internal teams, helping partners make the most of our tech while ensuring smooth comms, delivery, and long-term value.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and turning one-off projects into long-term collaborations.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients across fashion, music, and events
  • Manage onboarding, delivery milestones, and partner success metrics
  • Translate client needs into actionable briefs for design, tech, and ops
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Provide updates, reporting, and performance reviews to clients
  • Identify upsell and retention opportunities, guiding partners through our ecosystem
  • Maintain a high level of communication, professionalism, and relationship warmth

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years in client-facing roles, ideally within creative, tech, or agency settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts with a high level of detail
  • Ability to manage expectations and mediate between internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across decks, timelines, CRMs, and Slack threads
  • Bonus: knowledge of NFC, SaaS, or digital product environments
  • Sharp communicator who knows how to keep things proactive and positive
