the role

We’re looking for a Creative Producer / Campaign Manager to help turn DEPARTMNT’s ideas into real-world moments, visuals, and cultural noise.

You’ll lead the production and rollout of campaigns across product drops, tech launches, event collabs, and content series, working with our creative director, partners, and community.

This role blends production chops, strategic planning, and taste, ideal for someone who can move from pitch deck to shoot day to social rollout without skipping a beat.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder comms from start to finish
  • Coordinate shoots, activations, and creative production (photo, video, design)
  • Collaborate with creatives, devs, and marketing to bring stories to life
  • Develop campaign strategies that connect across web, social, and IRL
  • Brief and manage freelancers, agencies, or content creators as needed
  • Keep projects on time, on budget, and on point – always

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in creative production, brand campaigns, or agency-side project work
  • Strong organisational skills and a creative mindset
  • Experience managing multi-format content creation (photo, video, digital)
  • Ability to brief designers, writers, and collaborators clearly
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Drive, Adobe CC, ClickUp
  • Bonus: experience in fashion, music, or tech-led creative projects
  • London-based is a plus (for shoots + IRL moments), but not essential
